今日调是一款极简的 iOS 日程 App，主打"每天刚刚好"。

不是每天都要全力以赴。今日调用三个档位替代无尽待办清单：

• 冲刺日 —— 9 件事，认真做一整天
• 轻松日 —— 5 件事，留下呼吸的缝隙
• 休息日 —— 3 件事，允许自己慢下来

数据全本地存储 · 无账户 · 无网络 · 无追踪。

数据会同步到其他设备吗？

不会。今日调 v1 是纯本地 App，数据只保存在你当前的 iPhone 上。未来会考虑加入可选的 iCloud 同步。

可以导出数据吗？

可以。设置 › 数据备份，一键导出备份文件，也可随时导入恢复。

灵动岛 / 锁屏进度条没出现？

请检查：设置 › 面容 ID 与密码 › 锁屏访问 › 实时活动 是否开启；以及今日调 App 的通知权限是否授予。

Widget 不刷新？

iOS 会限制 Widget 刷新频率。长按 Widget 可以手动选择展示内容。

今日调是一款完全在你 iPhone 本地运行的 App。我们不收集、不上传、不分享任何关于你的信息。

数据存储

你在今日调里创建的所有内容（档位、任务、完成记录）都只保存在你的设备本地。这些数据：

• 不会上传到任何服务器
• 不会同步到云端（包括我们不使用 iCloud 同步）
• 不会被我们或任何第三方访问

无第三方服务

今日调不集成：分析 SDK、广告 SDK、崩溃上报、登录系统，或任何其他第三方 SDK。

权限说明

• 通知（可选）：用于提醒今日档位，可随时在设置中关闭
• Live Activity：在灵动岛和锁屏展示进度，完全本地

儿童隐私

今日调不针对 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不收集任何儿童信息。

变更

本政策如有变更，会在本页更新"最后更新"日期。

Moday is a minimalist iOS planner built around "just enough for today." Three modes replace endless to-dos:

• Sprint Day — 9 tasks, full focus
• Easy Day — 5 tasks, room to breathe
• Rest Day — 3 tasks, permission to slow down

All data stays on your device. No account. No network. No tracking.

Support

Does data sync across devices? No. Moday v1 is fully local. Optional iCloud sync is on the roadmap.

Can I export my data? Yes — Settings › Backup lets you export a backup file and restore it anytime.

Dynamic Island / Lock Screen not showing? Check Settings › Face ID & Passcode › Allow Access When Locked › Live Activities, and make sure notifications are granted.

Widget isn't refreshing? iOS throttles widget refresh. Long-press to change what's shown.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-22

We collect nothing. Moday runs entirely on your iPhone. We don't collect, upload, or share any information about you.

Data storage. Everything you create — modes, tasks, history — is stored only on your device using iOS local storage. It is never uploaded to any server, never synced to any cloud (not even iCloud), and never accessible to us or third parties.

No third-party services. Moday does not integrate analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash reporting, login systems, or any other third-party SDK.

Permissions. Notifications (optional, for mode reminders) and Live Activities (local, for Dynamic Island & Lock Screen progress).

Children's privacy. Moday is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes. Any updates to this policy will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
